Canary Wharf Therapy > Counselling

Counselling at Canary Wharf Therapy can offer you an opportunity to talk to someone in a confidential and non-judgemental setting, in order to clarify and reflect on your situation and thereby recognise what choices you have. I also offer online sessions via Skype.

Counselling at Canary Wharf Therapy can help you make sense of a wide range of problems and issues, whether these are connected with an immediate crisis or the desire to understand and improve how you relate to others.

If you decide to contact me to arrange an initial meeting I will ask you to provide me with some preliminary information by telephone or by email. This will allow me to gain some understanding of your particular difficulty and whether it is within my power to be of help to you or whether you may need more specialist support. I see the initial face to face session as an opportunity for you to decide whether you feel comfortable with me and for me to find out more about you and if and how I can help you. If we decide that further sessions should follow it will be your choice to opt for a set number of sessions or to proceed on an open-ended basis.
